WHAT WE DO
Two parts, one property.
Recovery suites for the days after surgery. A spa for the people already staying here.
Recovery Suites
You are having surgery, or you are the one arranging it for someone else. A private suite, transport from the surgical center, meals brought up, and nursing available through an independent licensed agency you contract with directly, under your surgeon's orders.
- Three-night minimum, single occupancy
- Chef-prepared meals, served to your surgeon's dietary instructions

- Your nurse documents care, medications, and drain output, and reports to your surgeon
- Overnight staffing on site
- One bell to ring, for anything about your stay
$1,095 to $1,795 per night. Nursing contracted and billed separately.
The Rose Room
A 1,200 square foot spa on the property. Massage, lymphatic drainage, head spa, light therapy, and facials, in the treatment rooms or brought to your room.

Reserved for guests. Not open to the public.
The Rose Room serves recovery guests in residence, partner hotel guests, and conference attendees. Booking requires a suite number, hotel reservation number, or event code. We hold no memberships and take no walk-ins, so a slot is there when you want one.
DISCHARGE AND TRANSPORT
Discharge comes fast, and most people are not ready for it.
You leave still groggy from anesthesia, with drains and instructions you will not remember. That is the gap this was built to fill.
A driver positioned for your procedure
A clean vehicle set up for the surgery you had. Reclined, supported, or elevated. Emesis bags ready and a short, smooth ride. Your spouse rides along and holds your hand instead of white-knuckling the wheel.
Someone comes for you
Anesthesia protocols require a responsible adult at discharge. Many people either do not have one or do not want to ask. Where your surgical facility's policy allows it, a nurse from your licensed home health agency can receive the handoff and accompany you. We confirm what your facility permits before your date.
You arrive to a made bed
Dimmed lights. Warm blankets. Your suite is ready and your nurse has your surgeon's notes, medication list, and emergency contacts before you walk through the door. Your family does not have to become the nurse.
Through the night, and the next two
The first seventy-two hours are when complications quietly begin. Your agency nurse works your surgeon's orders through the night, on the coverage level you choose. Your family sleeps.
The surgeon's work is done. What happens next is what this was built for.

HOW IT WORKS

Date, procedure, and what your surgeon has ordered. Five minutes on the phone or through the form.
We confirm your arrival details.
Your ride from the surgical center, your dietary instructions, and your suite. Your surgeon's office sends orders to your nursing agency directly.
You arrive to a room that is ready.
Bed made, suite at temperature, meals planned around what you are able to eat, and someone expecting you by name.
You rest, and your nurse reports.
Your agency nurse sends your surgeon a written update. You have one number for anything about your suite, your meals, or your transport.
Most guests stay three to five nights, then go home.

3 TO 4 NIGHTS
Bariatric recovery
Fluid and protein staging, small volumes on a clock, and an ambulation schedule someone keeps for you.
5 TO 7 NIGHTS
Hip and orthopedic recovery
Bed height, toilet height, walker clearance, and a flat floor for the first week of weight bearing.
5 TO 10 NIGHTS
Cosmetic surgery recovery
Privacy, positioning, and the garment. Drainage series and refit scheduled around your surgeon's protocol.
2 TO 5 NIGHTS
General surgery recovery
For the person discharged alone. Call us and we build the week around your written orders.

BY APPOINTMENT · OPEN TO EVERYONE
The Fitting Room.
A garment that fits is part of your recovery. One that does not is a problem.
Compression is not a comfort item. The wrong size shifts, digs, and leaves gaps where swelling collects. Too tight injures skin. Too loose does nothing. Most patients are handed a garment on surgery day and left to work it out alone.
We fit you before surgery, in a private room, with time to get it right.
Before surgery. A private fitting, about forty-five minutes. We measure, you try on your size, and we order what your surgeon specified.
After surgery. Swelling changes your body. We refit you when it does, at no charge, for twelve weeks.
At six weeks. Most surgeons move patients from stage 1 to stage 2 compression. We handle that fitting too.
$85, applied to your garment purchase. No stay required.
