What you give us

When you submit an inquiry or a session request, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to type into the notes field, such as a procedure or a preferred date.

We ask you not to send clinical records, images, or diagnoses through this website. Send those to your surgeon or to your home health agency directly.

How we use it

We use it to respond to you, to plan a stay or an appointment, and to coordinate arrival and transport. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Our staff, and the service providers we use to run the property and this website. If you contract with an independent licensed home health agency, that agency holds its own records under its own privacy notice.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices
