BY APPOINTMENT · OPEN TO EVERYONE
The garment you leave in stops working by week two.
Your surgeon sends you home in one compression garment, sized to a swollen body. Ten days later the swelling drops and that garment goes loose. Loose compression does no work. We fit the second one, in a private room with a door that closes.
THE ROOM
A private room, not a store.
- A door that closes
- Warm light and a real mirror
- A bench at a height you reach without bending
- A grab bar
- A call button
- Product behind cabinet doors
You will undress in front of someone eight days after surgery. We designed the room around that fact.
THE APPOINTMENT
What happens in a fitting.
- Thirty minutes
- Measurements at fixed points
- Garment selection matched to your procedure and your surgeon's protocol
- Foam and board placement shown on your own body, not described
- Written care instructions
- A follow-up date for your refit
The fitting fee applies to your garment purchase.
DAY TEN TO FOURTEEN
The refit.
Book your second fitting for day ten through fourteen. Swelling has dropped. Your stage 1 garment has done its work. Stage 2 holds the shape.
Guests staying with us are fitted in their suite. Everyone else books the room directly.
OUT OF TOWN
Traveling in for surgery.
Send your measurements before you fly. Your garments will be waiting when you arrive, sized and staged, with foam cut and ready.

In residence
The Rose Room
The Rose Room brings spa and wellness services to people already staying, meeting, celebrating, or recovering at the hotel. Services are available by appointment in designated treatment space or, where appropriate, in the guest's room.
Request a session →Who the Rose Room serves
Three groups, by appointment.
Overnight hotel guests
Massage, facials, head-spa services and small comforts for guests who want to use their stay well, without leaving the property.
Conferences, weddings and events
Individual appointments, group experiences and services coordinated around the hotel's meeting and event schedule.
Post-surgical recovery guests
Carefully selected services adapted for guests recovering after surgery. Recovery-related services are provided only when appropriate, by properly licensed professionals, and with surgeon clearance when required.
The Head Spa
An hour that starts at the scalp.
A head spa is a scalp treatment, not a haircut. Warm water, deep cleansing, scalp massage, a treatment mask matched to your scalp, and a rinse under a waterfall basin. You leave with clean hair, a quiet mind, and a blowout finish if you want one.
The session:
- Scalp analysis with a camera, so you see what we see
- Deep cleanse and exfoliation
- Extended scalp, neck, and shoulder massage
- Treatment mask and steam
- Waterfall rinse
- Optional blowout finish
Sixty to ninety minutes. Pricing announced at opening.
For recovery guests: gentle positioning for post-surgical necks and backs, and we work around incisions, drains, and garments with your surgeon's clearance. Some procedures rule this out in the first weeks. We check your clearance before booking, every time.
The Rose Room is reserved for people connected to the property. Booking requires a hotel reservation, eligible event or conference code, or Royal Rose Suites recovery booking. Appointments are not offered as general public walk-ins. Same-day appointments may be available, with capacity prioritized for overnight, event and recovery guests.
Head spa services are cosmetic and wellness services only. They are not medical treatment.

Before you book
Three questions, every time.
- Have you had surgery in the last twelve weeks?
- Do you have any incision, drain, implant, or dressing?
- Do you have a history of blood clots, or are you taking a blood thinner?
We ask everyone, not only recovery guests. A yes does not mean no. It means a therapist reviews before anything is scheduled.
