Royal Rose Suites provides private accommodations, meals, transport, and coordination for patients in the days after surgery. All nursing is delivered by an independent licensed West Virginia home health agency contracting directly with your patient under your written orders.

- Ambulatory with standby assist
- Tolerating oral fluids
- Written discharge order set from you
- A reachable emergency contact
We decline
- Continuous monitoring requirements
- Infusion therapy beyond a saline lock flush
- Supplemental oxygen above comfort levels
- Active bleeding, temperature above 101.5F, systolic below 90, saturation below 92 percent on room air
- Dementia or active withdrawal risk

- A daily written brief: vitals trend, drain volumes, pain trend, intake, ambulation, sleep, and any deviation. One page, same time every day.
- A discharge summary at the end of the stay
- A thirty-day outcome note
- A private space on site for your post-operative checks, so you see your patient without a clinic visit.
- IV hydration and medication administration available through the guest's licensed home health agency, under your orders.
If something goes wrong.
Your patient's agency nurse assesses, contacts you or your on-call coverage, and activates 911 when clinically indicated. We hold a written transfer agreement with a local hospital. Every incident is documented the same shift and reported to your office.

Royal Rose Suites partners with one Morgantown hotel. Here is what the property receives.
Steady, off-season room revenue
Recovery stays are expected to run three to seven nights at premium rates, booked around surgery dates, not seasons. That is midweek, winter, and shoulder-season occupancy that conference and sports calendars never fill.
A spa that serves your guests first
The Rose Room is a proposed guest-focused spa and wellness program serving overnight hotel guests, conference and event attendees, and Royal Rose Suites recovery guests. The final footprint, treatment-space configuration, operating hours and service capacity would be developed with the hotel partner. The model is intended to strengthen the hotel guest experience while creating bookable spa and wellness offerings for meetings, weddings, overnight stays and post-surgical hospitality. Booking would require a hotel reservation number, suite number, or event code, with capacity prioritized for eligible guests and event attendees rather than public memberships or walk-in traffic.
Clinical care sits outside the property
Royal Rose Suites provides lodging and hospitality only. Clinical and nursing care is delivered by an independent licensed home health agency, contracted directly by each guest, insured separately, and operating under each surgeon's written orders. The structure and the insurance position are set out in writing before any agreement, and reviewed by your counsel.

Pearl Wellness Center operates a floor of the Fairmont Century Plaza. Immortelle Healthcare Group holds twelve rooms at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Prestige Surgical Aftercare operates within the SLS Beverly Hills. Hotels partner with recovery operators because the economics work. We bring that model to Morgantown.

Royal Rose Suites is a short-stay hospitality operation for people recovering at home after surgery, not a clinical setting. We run the lodging, the meals, the transport, and the coordination to a standard your property can put its name beside.
