These terms cover use of this website and stays at Royal Rose Suites. A separate written agreement governs any booked stay, and that agreement controls if the two ever differ.
What we are
Royal Rose Suites provides private accommodations and hospitality services. We are not a hospital, surgical center, skilled nursing facility, assisted living residence, or licensed medical facility, and we do not provide medical or nursing services directly.
All clinical and nursing care is delivered by an independent licensed home health agency that contracts directly with each guest and bills separately from lodging.

Before arrival
Guests must be discharged and cleared by their operating surgeon before arrival. We may decline or end a stay if a guest's needs exceed what a hospitality setting can safely support.
Booking, rates, and payment
Rates, minimum stays, deposits, and cancellation windows are stated in your written booking agreement. Stays are private pay. We do not bill insurance.
Conduct on the property
We ask guests and visitors to respect the quiet of the property and the privacy of other guests. Photography of other guests or staff is not permitted.
Using this website
Do not submit clinical records or another person's information through the forms on this site. Text, images, and marks on this site belong to Royal Rose Suites LLC.
